Platform Terms of Service

1. Service Definition & Platform

Calibre Tour is a digital travel platform that offers hotel reservations, package tour services, flight tickets, transfer arrangements and other tourism services through a single platform.

The platform allows users to compare, select and purchase tourism products offered by various service providers directly through www.calibretour.com.

Reservations made through the platform are completed directly via the Calibre Tour system without redirecting to any third-party site.

2. Contractual Relationship

By making a purchase through the platform, the user acknowledges that:

• They enter into a direct contractual relationship with Calibre Tour
• Calibre Tour may act as an intermediary or provider depending on the service
• The actual performance of the service may be carried out by the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, transfer company, etc.)

Calibre Tour acts as a direct seller in some services and as an intermediary in others.

3. Service Scope

Services offered through the platform include but are not limited to:

• Hotel and accommodation reservations
• Package tour arrangements
• Flight ticket sales
• Transfer and transportation services
• Tourist activities and additional services

The scope, price, cancellation terms and special conditions of each service are specified on the relevant product page and form an integral part of the agreement.

4. Reservation & Payment

All reservations made through the platform are finalized upon completion of the payment process.

• Reservations are not guaranteed without payment
• Prices may change dynamically
• System or supplier-related pricing errors may occur

Calibre Tour reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of clearly erroneous pricing.

5. User Account & Obligations

The user acknowledges that:

• The information provided is accurate and complete
• They are responsible for account security
• They will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

The user may not use the platform to:

• Make misleading or fraudulent reservations
• Use software or processes that could harm the system
• Violate the rights of third parties
• Commercially misuse the platform

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions for services purchased through the platform vary depending on the service type. Hotel reservations, flight tickets, package tours and transfer services are each subject to different cancellation and modification rules.

By completing the purchase, the user accepts the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the relevant service.

In some services:

• Refunds may not be possible
• Partial deductions may apply
• No refund is given in case of no-show

7. Liability & Service Execution

Calibre Tour organizes the services offered through the platform; however, the actual performance is carried out by the relevant supplier.

Calibre Tour cannot be held responsible for:

• Service provider-related disruptions
• Overbooking, flight cancellations, delays
• Disputes regarding hotel service quality
• Damages arising from third-party faults

8. Force Majeure

The following situations, without limitation, are considered force majeure:

• Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm, etc.)
• Epidemics, pandemics, quarantine measures
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Strikes, lockouts, work slowdowns
• Flight cancellations, airspace closures
• Government decisions and travel bans
• Electricity, internet and system infrastructure outages
• Cyber attacks and technical failures
• Supplier-originated service cancellations

In such cases, Calibre Tour:

• May be unable to fulfill the service partially or entirely
• May modify, postpone or cancel the reservation
• No compensation liability arises

Refund processes are carried out according to the relevant service provider conditions.

9. Pricing & Accuracy

Prices and availability information offered on the platform are dynamic and may change at any time.

Calibre Tour:

• Does not guarantee that prices are always up to date
• Is not responsible for errors in data from supplier systems
• Cannot be held responsible for differences that may arise due to technical delays

10. Technical Infrastructure & Service Continuity

Calibre Tour takes due care for uninterrupted platform operation; however:

• System outages
• Maintenance work
• Technical failures

may cause temporary service interruptions.

Calibre Tour is not responsible for damages arising from such situations.

11. Right to Amend

Calibre Tour reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the platform.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

For any disputes arising from this agreement:

Muğla Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
