Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

and the natural or legal person ("Buyer") purchasing services via www.calibretour.com and related digital channels.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding tourism services purchased by the Buyer through the platform.

3. Nature & Scope of Services

Services include hotel reservations, package tours, transfer services, flight tickets and similar tourism activities. Details are specified on the product page and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Calibre Tour acts as an intermediary and may not be the direct provider.

4. Order & Payment

Reservation is confirmed upon successful payment. No reservation is finalized without payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of tourism services, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

6. Cancellation & Changes

Conditions vary depending on the service and are stated on the product page.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Calibre Tour is not directly responsible for service execution.

Force majeure includes but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes
• Flight cancellations, government decisions
• Technical failures and supplier-related issues

In such cases:

• Calibre Tour is not liable
• May modify or cancel services
• Refunds follow supplier rules

8. Disputes

Muğla Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
